There is nothing impossible until you have the will to do it. Everything is easy until you say it's easy the more you say it's difficult the more you find it disturbing. There are people who have taken Science in class 12th and jumped to commerce in degree and are happy about their course. It all about your dedication towards your course and your interest to learn new skills every day and be a knowledge explorer. I say if your heart and mind says yes, you can definitely do it. Be confident of what you are choosing and think about sustainability in the same. All the very best for your future.

As much as you can.
If you are talking about the JEE MAIN exam, then you know that the cutoff for general category is maximum. And one should need to score more than of it. Like 170+ to get a seat in the NIT. The admission further will depend on you that which branch you opt. For mechanical it is high and then electronic etc. The order goes. So, just perform well and score more as much as you can. If you score like this then you will definitely get a seat and the branch you want.

Yes, there are certain exams for the teacher to qualify. B.Ed is though mandatory for every teaching staff. It is an add-on value if they write exams related to teaching, for example, UGC NET to qualify as a professor in any government or private institution or university. But with the B.Ed they need have a UG degree with any specialisation they want to specialise in and teach students in. I hope this is clear. All the best for your future.

It is difficult to comment on admission, since it is subject to quota like General MS (Maharashtra Student) or OMS (Other than Maharashtra Student) and also OBC, SC/ST.
For ILS specifically, it is suggested that you look up last round cutoff of admission at ILS on the website: ilslaw.edu

If you registered yourself for the course, and you couldn't attend the semester for personal issues, you can write it the next semester without any hindrances. But, you will have to write the same 1st semester subjects along with 3rd semester subjects in your 3rd semester Final exams. This will help you go ahead further in the studies. You can ask the management of your college to permit you for the same. There shouldn't be any problem during this procedure. I hope this was helpful. Thank you and all the very best for your future.

Dear Paramita,
You are qualified to do your Ph.D but not quite strong academically. However in USA, there are many options. You have to write to the universities yourself. Visit the department pages, check the Ph.D. information and email the research supervisors. Submit some work if you have, you will also require a strong recommendation network.
