It seems like you are comparing an Apple with the orange. (#) JEE is the core technical exam required for studying Engineering in India. Wheares GRE & TOEFL is for foreign study (Bachelor's). Hi Urvil,
In GRE, the Verbal and Quantitative section score range is 130 -170 score and Analytical Writing section score is between 0 and 6. Try to keep your verbal and quant section score somewhere within 150-155 and analytical section score around 3.5 to get the average score. There is no passing score as such. Maintain the average. If you don't answer on any section it will be reported as No Score.

Of course, you can pursue M.Tech twice, but both M.Tech have at different duration of time i.e after completion of first, you can do 2nd. Or, you have do 1st as distance learning mode and at the same time you could take admission in 2nd M.Tech degree with your valid GATE score card.
