You should wait for the merit list to be released by the institute. There will be shortlisting done on the basis of merit list and counselling. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview and audition, after which the final admission will be announced.

- Average placement package at GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research is higher (approx. ₹8.5 -10.5 LPA) than GIBS Business School (approx. ₹7-8.4 LPA).
- Placement consistency is very good with GLBIMR, & good with GIBS, but with slightly lower average salaries.
- Greater emphasis on practical learning, internships & industry exposure at GIBS.
- GLBIMR has more traditional academic curriculum, but good degree of industry exposure.
- GIBS' location in Bangalore provides for greater access to corporates & networking opportunities.

There is only one written test for NDA selection, which consists of 2 sections: Mathematics and General Ability. If you are able to clear this test, you will have to appear for an interview. SSB board then conducts intelligence and personality test for final selection. This process consists of two stages.
