The eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.

By CGA,do you mean Computer Graphics and Animation?,if yes, then you don't necessarily have to take B.Sc group.If no,then please elaborate 'cga' for better advice.
B.Sc IT and BBA are two different courses.B.Sc IT is a technical course while BBA is a management oriented course.
I suggest that before opting fro a course,ask yourself:
1.What is my interest area?
2.Which kind of career I am looking for?
3.Do I like technology or Do I like management?
4.Do I like animation/graphics/web designing?
