Hi Parbind,
Those interested in government jobs have to clear Engineering Service examinations conducted by the UPSC.
UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
To be eligible :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.
- Your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
- You must be an Indian citizen.
If you fulfill the criteria mentioned above, you may sit for the exam.

You are looking for a field you want to enter after your intermediate. So it is better to do BBA followed by MBA otherwise do your under graduation in B.Tech CSE domain to get that salary in your starting stage of earning.

Good to see that you are interested for IIT. But for admission into IITs, JEE Advanced score is taken into consideration which is the stage 2 Examination. JEE Mains scores are only meant for qualification for JEE ADVANCED
