Hi Navvy,
As to do M.Phil in any subject, you need to have a Masters degree and if your Institute says that your PG Diploma is equivalent to MBA then you need to collect a proof from them and check with few of the Universities whether or not that Diploma is acceptable to them, if yes, you can go ahead.

Firstly its is well suggested by Gomti take do not consider the salary as the primary motive. Salaries will gradually come provided you have the quality and the determination to climb up the success ladder.
Coming to your question, yes one can pursue CA after 12th, but having a graduate degree is always seen as a benefiting factor, hence you should opt for the integrated course.

no, you need to appear for CAT, perform well in GDPI and then only can get admission. however it will definitely be an added advantage as you are CA and applying to the fin campus of india.
