There are several government exams taking place and depending on the type of the exam and the objective of the same, the curriculum will differ. But in most common sections are language, current affairs, general knowledge.
If considering the UPSC exams, the most competitive exam, you require to work really hard, to qualify the prelims, there is no set structure for its preparation curriculum as everything that you studied in your school time is included and can come up as a question.
You can also look for help and support from good coaching institutes which can be of lot of help. For more, it would be great if you can mention for which services you are planning to write govt. exams.

CS can be pursued after graduation and hence you are very much eligible for the program. ICSI is the body responsible to regulate and licentiate the Company secretaries all over the country.

Hi Prasad, it is the best University. Getting admission in this University is very tough, but if you get it then don't let it go for any other University. Universities in Germany are classiefied into 2 : University and University of Applied science. Universities include Technical Universities. There are 9 TUs in Germany all of these well known for their technical courses.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.
