I myself completed B.Sc in Computer Science, I would suggest you to go for a job as they will pay you well. It will help you in your career as well because if you go for higher studies the prospect of jobs reduces a lot. But if you want to focus more on education please do go for higher studies, you can take up M.Sc Computer Science or MS in Computer Science.

Instead of thinking about what is best, think about how you can get the best. Every course is unique in itself and has respective opportunities. MBA opens a lot of opportunities in various functional areas which you aspire to work in like marketing, finance, HR, operations, etc., whereas, M.Com would enable you to get entry-level jobs in various organizations. Both courses have their respective policies and advantages.

I don't think you will get admission in old IITs.
With this rank, you will get admission in newly opened IITs.
So, you should go for IIT-Ropar, IIT-Gandhinagar, IIT-Bhilai, as these IITs were introduced 6-8 years back.
