Hello Nupur,
Try to focus upon one course as both the fields are very much different. Look out for your interest. Mass media fields gives you opportunity in print, electronic or new media. Whereas marketing management is a totally different concept that includes managerial skills not creativity. Select one course for your graduation.
All the best.

To begin with both have different approaches to rendering education. ICSE on one hand renders deep insight and immense knowledge on any topic in its curriculum whereas CBSE on the other hand offers a practical and more superficial usable knowledge on any topic. Moreover ICSE is considered difficult than CBSE, due to its vast course content. However, both the boards are equally good in rendering their purpose of imparting education.

Hello Anshuman,
Yes, of course BJMC is itself a complete professional degree. It will focus on all the aspects of media. You will learn about print, electronic and new media. It is a three year degree programme. Not only Journalism but it will also teach you little about editing, advertising, public relation and photography. It is one of the interesting courses. I have myself done BJMC from IIMT so I can say it's the best. Yes, you may appear for UPSC exams after its completion. BJMC too consist a subject related to politics, crime, etc.

Yes! Your higher education is most important for your good job. There is many advantages of disadvantages to do Diploma after 12th. Like you know the basic about your course if you go for B.Tech after Diploma then you already know the college life and you got admission direct in second year.
