NEET score and rankings are for admission into MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, etc. courses. Not for admission into any B.Tech courses. So if you are interested in ECE, kindly share your JEE Mains score.

With this rank, most of the aspirants chose mechanical and electrical branches.
So, for mechanical, IIT Kanpur and Kharagpur are best.
And for electrical, IIT Kharagpur and Roorke are best. It is INR 196000 per year (only tuition fees)
It Is through my contacts of a guy who allows admission through this quota.

It's up to you that what you choose. If you prefer to learn from distance of course it should be considered as distance learning, but if you choose to regularly visit college and study there than degree must not contain distance learning.
If it's in distance learning than may be the degree you will get will be off distance learning.
However, I have heard about Amity that there degree carries distance learning even if you have completed your graduation normally. But I am not sure about it. You may visit the college and confirm this issue.
