If you are asking about B.EL.ED course then, yes the course give 100% placement.Placement is pretty high and good, average package you would normally get is around INR 5 lacs, but in the end, it all depends on you, how you carry yourself into the placement process. Diploma course is very useful. You get more technical knowledge in Diploma but again it's not degree. The kind of salary you will get on diploma basis it will be in the range of 15-20k.
And the salary you will get after degree will be obviously more than Diploma.
