The total fee for IGRUA is 40 lacs and that includes accommodation and food too. You can check on the website of the university. The whole process is provided there by the university.

SFS and GAS are the only types of seats. Where SFS is a private seat, gas is a government seat and company packages do not depend on types of seats. You are lucky to have a GAS seat as its fee structure is very less as compared to SFS.

There are no specific books which will provide the short-cut of preparing for the entrance. All you have to do is, you just go through the previous year question paper and there you will get the idea and a nature of questions by which you will find some specific topic which usually asked questions and from there you can prepare in 14 days of study by focussing on that very topics. Well, this is a self-assessing way of preparation which seems to be natural somehow. Otherwise, read the syllabus. Search for a book which covers the whole syllabus.
