The MBA is not dependant on what specialisation you do in your undergraduate degree. MBA is a open qualification that is pursued by people with diverse qualification.
So please choose your BSc based on some other parameter, such as your interest for the subjects being taught, colleges where you getting these BSc degree from and so on.
