Managing BBA and fashion design course together will be strenuous task as both will be different and demand proper time. Opt for both together ONLY if you feel that you can balance well.
Secondly, two regular courses can't be pursued, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course. You may go for graduation and pursue short term fashion design course afterwards.
