Managing BBA and fashion design course together will be strenuous task as both will be different and demand proper time. Opt for both together ONLY if you feel that you can balance well.
Secondly, two regular courses can't be pursued, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course. You may go for graduation and pursue short term fashion design course afterwards.

But, I will be able to guide on Retail Management. Yes, the field is one of the most upcoming specialisations. The retail industry in India is set to grow rapidly and there is a demand for qualified people with relevant academic / professional experience.
Usually, the Bachelor's and Master's degree in this field is aimed at making you a Management Trainee with a rapid growth to managerial positions. Yet, as part of the program you will be (should get) hands on experience on shop floor working as it is important to learn the basics.
Fashion Merchandising is part of the overall retail merchandising, which has a broader scope. So yes there is a overlap and if you are interested in fashion, the retail management program will be useful to get into this stream of work.
