Hi Ankur,
If you are planning for Higher studies abroad, this is the right time to start your planning process. In general, try and clear all your backlogs (if you have any) and maintain an average percentage of 65% and above. The more the percentage, better are your chances for good universities with possible financial aid or scholarship.
Exams that you need to prepare will depend on the country that you would like to apply to. For US and most universities in Canada as well - an good score in GRE will be important.
Irrespective of the country selection, you will have to write either IELTS or TOEFL, which are the English language exams.

yes you can do MBA in banking and finance , if you have interest in banking, why you want to go for hotel management , if you have interest in banking , go for mba in banking ok, else your choice, all the best :)
