It's a graduation course in architecture.To get admission in IIT-Roorkee or IIT Kharagpur as only these two IITs offer B.Arch course, you have to appear in JEE Mains paper-1 (no need of paper-2) then you have to appear in JEE Advanced (for B.Tech you have to clear this also) after clarifying this you have to appear in AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) only then you will get admission at IIT. If you want to pursue B.Arch from NITs or other GFTIs (Govt. Funded Technical Institutes), you have to give JEE Mains paper-2 only, secure a good rank and get your college. And if you want to do B.Arch from any other institute in India then you must appear in NATA (National Aptitude Test for Architecture) exam.

I am assuming that you wish to become a Commercial Pilot and not an Air Force Pilot. The minimum eligibility to take this course is completing 16 years of age, passed 12th with Physics and Maths as subjects and cleared Class- I & Class-II medical. If you clear the minimum eligibility criteria then there are three steps upon completing them you will get a Commercial Pilot License:
1. Student Pilot License- You need to take ground training and clear oral and written exams of Air Regulations, Aviation Meteorology, Air Navigation Air Technical.
The very first thing I suggest you is to clear the Class-II medical test.
2. Private Pilot License- After getting the SPL, you proceed, for initial flying training. This is a dual flight, where the instructor or trainer accompanies the learner to teach him/her the practical aspect of flying. A total of 60 hours of flying is needed, of which 20 hours minimum should be solo and five hours cross country.
3. Commercial Pilot License-A student can get the CPL by doing his flying training for 250 hours which includes night and cross country flying.
Cost- The approximate cost is around 20lakh -25lakh in India for the entire course.
There are various Flying Clubs that Provide the CPL course and I suggest you to go for Government Institutes only.

Medical Electronics engineers develop devices and procedures that solve medical and health-related problems by combining their knowledge of biology and medicine with engineering principles and practices. Many do research, along with life scientists, chemists, and medical scientists, to develop and evaluate systems and products such as artificial organs, prostheses (artificial devices that replace missing body parts), instrumentation, medical information systems, and health management and care delivery systems. Medical electronics engineers also design devices used in various medical procedures, imaging systems such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and devices for automating insulin injections or controlling body functions.

Game industry roles are well diversified. I answered a console game workflow sometime back (Rajat Ojha's answer to What is the workflow for developing console games?). Of course mobile games are less demanding but you need to first figure out what you want to do in the game industry. Considering the fact that you want to be a programmer, its a great start. Focus on problem solving and mathematics as much as you can. Technologies will keep changing, basics dont.
You can pick any simple game engine like Unity of Game Maker. Id suggest to go with Unity as community is huge, tons of videos, samples etc youll get and its very relevant. Play games to dissect them I.e. understand who things work. Try to implement those. Dont focus on building big game, focus on working on PoC and get them right. These PoC will be your entry in any game studio if you can justify what you did and how you did. Get in touch with industry people and stay in touch with them.
Understanding basics of photoshop and 3D software wont hurt but its not mandatory.
