There is no coaching needed for clearing IMUCET exam if you have cleared your 12th board exam. Your concepts should be clear and then there is no holding back. NCERT books are helpful. There is no negative marking. Just go through your class 12 basics and the preparation you are doing for engineering entrance exam is sufficient. English is also basic.

There is no problem, if you can manage both the courses in the similar duration. It can happen that both the courses collide. If their exams collide in future that it can create problems.
So, if you can manage, then it is the best option to pursue both the courses on the same interval of time.

No, it's not at all a problem if we pursue MBA after B.Tech because if you want to pursue MBA, you can also do it by taking BBA. Whereas coming to your point, the marks will never be deducted if we pursue MBA after B.Tech as it is not about marks.

Placements: I have seen Amazon, Indian Navy, Accenture and Capgemini on the campus after joining the college this year. Campus placements are good, you won't be left without a job and many other Japanese companies are expected to visit the college for campus placements by the end of the year. The highest package offered to the students was 35 LPA in the last year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is pretty good. The Wi-Fi has a good range on the campus, and the speed is very good. We have two canteens and one CCD outlet. Two gymkhanas provide PSP, pool, carom, chess and many other things. Security is good, and it is 24

There is not much difference because most the subjects that you have to learn in MCA first year are already covered in your bachelors (if you from computer science department). But the point to note is how much you have actually learned in your bachelors. If you have worked hard in your bachelors, then go for lateral entry but if you lack in programming knowledge, go for 3 years course, because you will still get one year extra to learn the basics of computer programming in MCA first year and it will be helpful for the coming year where the other subjects won't be too easy.

Last year, TANCET MBA cut-off for Anna University is 58.333% for BC category. So, you have chances to get into AU, but it purely depends on this year students' cut-off range and their preference towards colleges. Your rank will be in the range of 80 to 130 (according to my guess). .
