They joined the tech giants during the early stages and due to excellence performance they were promoted over the years and finally to the position of CEO. The US has the most number of top mechanical engineering schools; 29 out of world's top 100. This reason is alone to attract international students because you can aim to apply at multiple universities, all of which are the best in the field. Germany is the second most popular place for pursuing MS in mechanical engineering. Although German universities offer an economically viable option of studies for international students, the reason why it takes the second place is a language barrier.

The candidate must have passed 10+2 from English medium. The candidates who have not studied from English medium must have completed IELTS level 6.
So, if you have completed IELTS level 6, you have a chance, otherwise, you can't get admission here.

See, the waiting list doesn't assure the admission, it depends upon your waiting index/rank. If your index is good, then there is a chance for the admission. And if your seat will be confirmed later on, then you will get admission. If it will be not confirmed, then you will not get admission. Hope for the best!
