LPU is well recognized university and ECE being the most preferred stream in India at present.
So the combination of U and ECE is fine and to tell you about the placements therein at LPU, it's about average , around 50-60% including the joint and/or Off Campus recruitment drives by the companies .

LPU and IET both are decent options where IET Alwar being the oldest private college
of Rajasthan.
And if you are to choose in particular betwwen these two, go for IET Alwar as through RPET counselings too, its closed very soon and is preferred as one of best options after Government colleges in Rajasthan.
Also comparing in terms of placements IET scores way above than LPU.
LPU is just about an average option.
Also do look for whether you are getting the similar branches at both colleges or not ? I mean as you specified ECE at LPU so only CE/CS/IT at IET Alwar will be good options.

Yes, you are definitely, eligible to apply for full time MBA program. However, what kind of Institutes you will get will depend on how you have performed on your CAT. The admission would be possible, if you have the original degree certificates with you.
As I have no information on your CAT Score, it would be difficult to give you any list of Institutes who will accept you as a student. However, there are number of Institutes accepting CAT. To have information on few of the top Institutes please check the link below:
