Your case is different. You wants admission in 2nd year in other college on the basis of your first year B.Tech marks. So, few things must be clear here that admission in first year B.Tech programs in asked college are based on the basis of EAMCET ranks for 70% of seats. While 10% seats are for management/NRI quota and remaining 20% are for diploma engineers admits through the ECET.
So such transfer as you desired are done with in the colleges of same University. Hence if college for which you are seeking the admission in 2nd year is falling within the jurisdiction of same university, than your transfer can be possible otherwise not.

If you do MBA from a country which is liberal in grant of work visa and nationality then you can work rest of your life in that country. Country such as Australia, Canada and Germany can be prospective candidate countries for MBA. However, you may consult an immigration lawyer to arrive at an informed decision.
