Govt COE, Aurangabad offers ME. In fact this degree is not given by COE but University under which college operates. But why are you worried ? ME or M Tech , both are exactly similar. There is absolutely no difference between these two as far as employers are concerned. So I would advise you to go ahead and take admission without bothering much about symantics.

Of course, you can get admission in private engineering college. But why engineering? As per reports, more than 50% graduates of engineering passing out every year are unemployed. Why not think of commerce, accounts, fine arts, humanities etc? Please take considered view and then only take admission.
