Do u think that Microsoft Require any affiliation from any University? I think No. Because All the College purchase License from Microsoft. So If Microsoft will take an exam and make some one Certified as Microsoft Certified Professional or Engineer then This International Certification will be accepted by the Industry or ur so called specialized Degree?

hello Bipin, you ahve done 12th with science then why not you do BCA instead of BBA , BBA not comes under science field , you score good in 12th so i suggest you to do BCA or B.tech.if you think your query resolves then plz "thumbs up" this answer

Well i would back by Arvind Joshi245 suggestion. It is important that you take this decision and the same should be taken on either of the two parameters:
Your interest in the particular subject, but this may not be the only reson to score good in the particular subject.
