In class-B & C cities, you can expected to be hired as Data entry operator with Rs.3000/- to 4000/- PM salary. In Metro or Class-A cities, you can expect Rs.5000/- to 8000/- PM. but againas data operator. There is a lot of difference between SAS and othere tools.
SAS is a tool which is a combination of three basic features.
1) It is a reporting tool.
2) It is a ETL tool and
3) It is also a forecasting tool.
Whereas the tools other than SAS - consists of the first feature. eg: BUSINESS OBJECTS, COGNOS.- or consists of the second feature.eg: INFORMATICA.- or consists of the first and second features. eg: BUSINESS OBJECTS.
No other tool has the power of forecasting feature. Hence SAS is used in mostly Clinical trials and healthcare industry.
