For Admission in Post graduate program the Candidate Should have passed Gradate degree from any recognized university
Who Students want to take admission in Phd and M.Phil Program Should have passed any master degree from any recognized university.
Admission Procedure
The application form for admission in Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan can be obtained by cash payment from admission office of The Institute by cash payment and by Sending DD.
Submit The Complete Fill-up application form along with all Required Documents and Fee through DD to admission office of institute before the last date of Receipt application form.

The Selection of The Candidate is based on Personal interview and written admission test.

Hi Chandan, The All India Engineering Entrance Exam (AIEEE) is carried out for providing admittance to students into the graduate level Engineering and Architecture/Planning programmes in India.
The intention of this test is to examine the observation skills, imagination, innovative skills, observation and architectural awareness of the applicant.
The minimum qualification needed by one to appear for the AIEEE is a pass in standard 10+2 with 50 percent marks in their finals. Aspirants aged between 17 – 25 years can only apply.
The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at AIEEE shall be limited to 03(three) uniformly for all the candidates in consecutive years.
There are n number of institutes accepting AIEEE score so, I would advice you to visit their official website for the list.

As you are interested in pursuing your Masters from Germany. I would like to say that Germany is a very good option as Germany is one of the countries known for technological advancements, specially automobiles.
Few good universities that might interest you are :
FH Aachen - University of Applied Sciences,
RWTH Aachen University, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Osnabruck. etc.
For more information on German universities, I would suggest you to get in touch with DAAD. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also I would suggest you if possible go for a German language course. It may not be mandatory for you to learn the language for the course but will help you to find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
After completion of the course, you are allowed to stay back in the country for 1 year to look for a job and then you can convert your student permit to residence permit for gainful employment.
