Aswin it is a risk you are taking . what if you don't get selected in government exam you will lose your job and also remain unemployed. Anyhow government exam take one year to announce result. First thing is to assess your capability and think if you get selected then well and good. if don't then what will be your plan B . What will be your next step. If this job is demanding then take up some job which is less demanding and then prepare for exam.

Each US university will have their own requirements for admission. However, in general, you will need to take the GRE (www.ets.org/gre) General Test and possibly a GRE Subject test too. Also, if your from a country where English is not the primary language, you will need to take the TOEFL test (www.ets.org/toefl).

As per your information MBA is good option for you. After the completion of first year you have to choose your specialization. But your information suggest for operation management specialization is good for you. Most of the universities are providing dual specialization if you have taken the admission in dual specialization than you choose the marketing is another specialization for you. As per the difference between part time and correspondence is concern, In Part time course you need to attend the classes in evening time and in correspondence course you need not attend the classes.

In order to pursue MS in Canada you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall (August) intake.

Hi Vijeta,
Well as rightly said by @Aru.Chopra , CA is not recognized programme in parts outside India but instead you will have to write another exam which is recognized in the particular country.
You need to apply for these exams and only after qualifying the same you shall be eligible to make a career in relevant stream.

Eligibility Criteria to join IIHT is the candidate should have been passed Graduate Degree in any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% equivalent from any recognized board. Selection will be based as per the university norms.
