Well you have good career options as far as HR is concerned. No doubt with ample opportunities in hand, this is a dynamic, challenging and rewarding profession.
For your knowledge I would say that no college or institute offers 1 year MBA degree but you can opt for 1 year PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management). First step is to enroll for the entrance examinations like MAT, CAT, SNAP, IBSAT, etc. and prepare for them if at all you want a Degree.

I think counseller is confused between a full fledged Institution and a training center.The Steps are:
1. Register your Institute under shops & establishment act through the office of registrar.
2. Rent a place to conduct your classes keeping in the target number of students.
3. Obtain service tax number as you will have to pay service tax on your income.
4. Should have PAN number and pay Income tax in three installments.
5. Hire counsellors who can take classes. must have an spoken english teacher.
6. Have suffcient parking place, Telephone, computer, printer, projector,class room furnitures, drinking waterfacility.
7. Have prominent displays, mouth of word publicity, contact collegeTPOs, give Ad in FM radio.

Hi Kusuma, as you have shown interest in higher studies i.e., M.Tech course, so, I would advice you to opt for full-time course if you are not working as it raises your career and adds up as a plus to your career path as compared to part-time courses.
M.Tech can be another feather in your cap in terms of both designation and salary packages. One can find managerial positions in private and public sector and can also work as system analysts,developer,research and can also opt teaching.
