It is a field for those with creative and artistic flair. Visual merchandising can be pursued as a part-time/ freelance career option by people having a talent in designing with aesthetic sense and imagination.
Visual Merchandisers can find employment with fashion boutiques, shopping malls, emporium, designing company, architecture firm, theme party organizing companies etc. They can do freelancing on contract basis for window displays in exhibitions, fairs, beauty contests, award ceremonies, malls, retail stores and so on. They can also find jobs as shop floor managers.
The career choices in the field of visual merchandising are that of a store visual merchandiser, visual merchandising manager, visual merchandising coordinator, freelance visual display person, visual manager, filed visual coordinator, retail visual merchandiser and so on. There is great deal of difference between sales and customer service, though the two are very closely related. With sales the goal is to do exactly that, sell! Negligence in this field would mean that a prospective customer does not buy.
In customer service the customer should be persuaded that their experience is as of as much value as the product being purchased. A product can later go out of style or become broken (just a few examples) and no longer be of any value to the customer.
Customer service is giving them something they want. Sales is getting them to want something you've got.

Because of the increasing amounts of responsibility placed on store managers, many employers prefer to hire employees with a bachelor's degree or other formal education in a business-related field. A bachelor's in business administration degree program provides students with the skills necessary to become effective store managers through coursework in such subjects as marketing, accounting, business ethics and management strategy. The position of a Probationary Officer (PO) is one of the most coveted in bank jobs – because it offers good compensation, job security and is well-respected in society. Bank PO exam is a professional-level entrance exam through which banks induct eligible graduates for jobs on probation for a period of two years. Eligibility and Exam Pattern for IBPS CWE PO exam
IBPS conducts Common Written Examination (CWE) as a single-window entrance exam for the position of Probationary Officers in as many as 21 public sector banks, 22 co-operative banks, 11 private banks, 8 central financial institutions, 9 companies in insurance sector, 62 regional rural banks, 13 universities and educational institutions, and 23 other related organisations and government departments in India.

It's unfortunate that you have not cleared your 12th and have failed.
First, take the drop and repeat the failed subjects. Remember, real courage is not jumping in front of a moving train, but in getting your own back on track.
Second, you can *ALSO* give the NIOS exams, where you can choose some subjects and carryover existing marks also. It is an additional option, not an alternative. I am afraid giving the compartment exam isn't an option for you. But still, as far as possible, don't take a leaving certificate from your reputed school without a 'Pass' written on it.
Third, you want to continue your education without losing much? Use that extra time to do things others wouldn't - things you may not get to do later in life. That is the only way you will ever catch up or overtake the rest. Improve your portfolio, travel places, learn a musical instrument, some design software, a bit of coding and a language. Needless to say, it will help you immensely in the future. But don't lose focus from the main things. You have a huge battle ahead. Study out of sincerity, not compulsion.

To become an IAS officer you have to appear in Civil Service Exam.
The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.
Academic Qualification:
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a well known college or university. You can pursue graduation in any stream.
Candidates who have appeared at an examination the passing of which would render them educationally qualified for the Commission's examination but have not been informed of the results as also the candidates who intend to appear at such a qualifying examination will also be eligible for admission to the Preliminary Examination.
-Age Limits:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination.
Number of attempts:
Every candidate appearing at the examination who is otherwise eligible, shall be permitted four attempts at the examination.
Selection Process
The Civil Services Exam is a paper based test and consists of two successive stages:
(i) CSAT (Objective type) comprising 2 exams : General Studies
(ii) Civil Services Main Examination (Written and Interview)
CSAT-Prelim:
-Paper 1 is on General Studies
This includes areas like Indian National Movement, Indian Polity, Basic Economic Understanding, Geography
While the dynamic part includes current affairs, GK and has no proper definition and syllabus making quite vast.
-Paper 2 includes mathematics, reasoning, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills. Unlike paper 1 which has a static part, paper 2 is dynamic in many sense.
The Main exam will consist of :

Don't panic! panic will decrease your productivity as well as planning ability / implementation ability. First of all just make yourself feel that you have got enough time to prepare thoroughly but NO TIME TO WASTE.
Few things you need to control:
1. unnecessary whatsapping
2. exploring facebook
3. over sleeping
Now, when you have done the above:
Take a sheet of paper make a plan for the week. create a 7 day table in which you need to put your sleeping slots , tuition slots , study slots etc. Creating the time table is really easy but you will only succeed when you follow it.
1. I would suggest study 2 subjects daily. Reading single subject will become monotonous.
Start from that subject which you like the most. This will keep you inclined towards your goal.
2. Suppose you like physics , you want to study Electromagnetism. Find the previous paper. Find all questions related to it. Jot them down. Read your NCERT thoroughly and practice all Questions of the previous year and other question banks.
3.Once you are stable with your schedule (after 1 or 2 days). Start preparing topics and subjects weightage wise.
