It is preferred that MBA should be pursued after a stipulated yrs of experience.
1. Should a Graduate Fresher pursue MBA, then take up a Job in India?
In Indian Context, it is Yes because there are lot of companies offering management positions for Fresh MBA Graduates and they would scale the corporate ladder fast, and certainly they would have more experience in Management aspects, than a fresh MBA gradaute with 3 Yrs of Experience.

Different states conduct medical faculty entrance state wise. Since you have not mentioned the state that you belong to, it will be a little difficult to answer you aptly.
However, you can continue to check the employment news on a regular basis to keep a track of the form availability date or else you can choose to write back along with your state from where you wish to file application.

2. The College will apply for Eligibility to check whether the Qualifying Degree you have obtained can be treated as equivalance to take admission to MBA.
3. On obtaining the NOC from the University.

Almost all applications are closed now. Admission rounds open around August and September of every year. You must start preparing for the same 7-8 months earlier. Also remember that Universities will take 2-3 months to revert back to you with their admission decisions and an additional 1-3 weeks or more will be required for visa.
You have decent grades in 12th and a good IELTS score. The other thing you would need is a SAT score. So please prepare for SAT in the meanwhile, select the Universities and understand their admission requirements and build your profile. Don't worry as now you have a good amount of time to develop
