In your 6 semesters you must have learnt C, C+, Java, this, Algorithms which are compulsory subjects in course curriculum. If you want to learn another programming language go for python. Even if you don't Keane a new programming language it's not an issue just learn one language with advance proficiency. This and Algo should be in the core of your heart. Learn some industrial frameworks. Which are necessary for working in a real life project. Learn Java efficiently it is still the language which is in demand. Java won't die easily. Typical requirements are that you must possess a B.Arch degree, some universities or programs may require few years of work experience. Top universities like NUS require very high academic grades. The best way to find out is by visiting university websites yourself and prepare accordingly.

Well, the cut-off tend to vary every year so it's quite tough to predict the exact scores, but as per the previous year trends, you need to score more than 120 marks to get admission in any new IIT.
