With 60%, it is impossible to get a good university in Canada for your desired course of interest. You can make it through average branded universities, but not good universities for sure.
My recommendation to you is, look for a university in UK as you would be eligible for much better universities in UK.

Hi Tandra, there are lots of good business schools in the whole of UK. The entry requirement varies. Some of the Universities require work experience and some may ask for a some economics knowledge. As you have not specified the background in detail am mentioning some names of top business schools in Scotland and rest of the UK region. These are Univ of Nottingham, Univ of Birmingham, Univ of Glasgow, Univ of Kent, Leeds University.
