Hi Sunny, if you have passion for photography then most important is that you should have thorough knowledge of technology and should be good with creativity. A good knowledge of art, colour, and lighting would help you immensely.
A professional photographer can get job opportunities in advertising agencies, newspapers, fashion and design companies, news channels, industrial houses, government departments and magazines etc.
A candidate is just required to pass their 10+2 examination for enrollment in a Diploma or Certificate course in photography.
And as far as I know Delhi and Mumbai and Kolkata is a good place where there is a demand for photographers.

SELECTION CRITERIA
For Human Resource Management Programme applicants should have more than 92.60 percentile in VA, 80.36 percentile in QA, 84.36 percentile in RA, and overall 95.03 percentile
For Business Management Programme applicants should have more than 90.13 percentile in VA, 91.31 percentile in QA, 90.01 percentile in RA, and overall 98.02 percentile

Hi Praveen, UPSC holds civil service examination every year to recruit IAS, IPS, IFS officers.
These exams are conducted every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification comes out in the month of January end.
To be eligible :
** Candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
** Candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
** Candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
** Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

Diploma in Export-import management
Duration
The duration of the course is four months. The classes are held three days a week.
Morning session :
9.30 to 11.30 a.m.
Evening session :
7.00 p.m to 9.00 pm
Fee Structure
The candidates can pay the programme fee in lumpsum or in two instalments. The second instalment falls due at the end of the first month. If a candidate fails to pay the second instalment in time, his/her name shall be struck off the rolls of FTDC
Lumpsum : Rs. 18,500/- plus 10.3% Service Tax
Installments: Rs. 9,500 plus 10.3% Service Tax / Rs. 9,500 plus 10.3% Service Tax
