Pilot certification in the United States is required for an individual to act as a pilot of an aircraft. It is regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), a branch of the Department of Transportation (DOT).
A pilot is certificated under the authority of Parts 61 and 141 of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations, also known as the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
A commercial airplane pilot must be able to operate a complex airplane, as a specific number of hours of complex (or turbine-powered) aircraft time are among the prerequisites, and at least a portion of the practical examination is performed in a complex aircraft.
The requirements are:
Be at least 18 years of age
Hold a private pilot certificate
Be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language.

To pursue MBA from India, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 55% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
Plus you need to appear in various management entrance tests like: CAT, MAT etc.
To pursue MBA from abroad, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
At least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
GMAT score 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
As the medium of education in most of the universities abroad is english, so all the international students whose first or native language is not english, have to take either TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency.

Well that varies from company to company. There are other parameters apart from academics that matter during the recruitment process. Knowledge always takes the first place both technical and general.
