As per the information that I was able to gather, there are rarely any institutes available for this purpose but then i could find two of such institutes offering Bachelor in Aviation course and these are:
Avalon Academy - the degree offered is affiliated to the KSOU.
Flying Cats - the degree offered is affiliated to Annamalai University.
As for the fee is concerned, the exact information is not available and to get the same I would request you to contact the institutes directly.

Well to go with the optional subjects in the Main exam is concerned, there are several to choose from but if you are looking for something in Computer Science/ IT , I am afraid as there are none. Still you can look for the subject of your interest (or the previous education) and not necessarily the one that you are pursuing like Physics/ Maths etc.
