To become an IPS officer, you need to qualify the UPSC exams for the same. The exam is carried out in two phases- CSAT and Main. The eligibility for the exam is to be a graduate degree holder from a recognized University and the age not exceeding 30years.

Hi Namrata, you can apply to NUS in Singapore. They have a Masters in Dental surgery and there are 5 specialisations available. To apply for the course you need to have experience and clear IELTS or TOEFL. For details on entry requirements you can visit this link : http://tinyurl.com/6f8nto3 But to work in Singapore you need to be registered with Singapore dental council. On their website you will find the procedure to go about the procedure of registering.
For more options, you can consider other countries like UK, USA, Aus, Nz. But you will have to register first and only then will you be able to pursue a clinical course in dentistry. If you do not then all you can go for is dental public health and oral hygiene courses.

SAP in ABAP, is in itself a specialized module and can be opted as preferred stream by the students of IT background. Other than ABAP you have other modules as well like the Sales Distribution, Finance control, ERP etc.
If you are working , then depending on the department that you are working for you can opt the module accordingly.

As you have done your Physiotherapy, I would first like to advise you to continue in your stream as Physiotherapy in India is taking its toll as one of the most demanded careers.
But seeing your interest in changing your field, I would also like to inform you that Hospital administration/ management would be a course more defined in the area of Management discipline where as Clinical Research is more in to Pharmacy which may be quite different to your education background.
In this case I would suggest you to look in to Hospital Admin course as the most suitable one.
