There is no source by which you can acquire accurate information related to the institutes where you can opt for applying to a particular course. Also I would like to inquire as to for which stream do you plan to take up M.tech in as the institutes have the cut offs based on the streams, categories etc.
Without knowing your stream the chances to provide any specific details are bleak, but then in NIT Warangal on the basis of your score (Average basis), you may try in dept of chemical engineering, civil engg., and Metallurgical & Materials Engineering.
As per the NIT Trichy, you may look for Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering

Well firstly I do not think if this option of paying donation is available in engg. college and secondly even if it is, this would require one to first write the entrance and based on which such provisions are made (Called as Management Quota).
But then donations are no way to the quality education. So it is better to seek for the relevant manner of education rather than the other options.
Kindly specify the course name that you plan to pursue based on this we may then be able to provide you the list of institutes.

Well there are several autonomous institutes that boast about offering MBA to even the SSC pass outs but then as per the education system, the relevancy of such courses are least and high on value risks.
To pursue MBA from a good institute, the minimum eligibility is a graduate degree from a recognized University and for graduation one would require a 12th as the minimum requirement.
