Civil engineering is perhaps the oldest branch of engineering. Its appeal is not expected to fade even in years to come. Hence, the job opportunities are expected to be perpetual. Therefore, I feel it's the best choice to select civil.

Both are technical graduation courses. The only difference is that Bachelor of engineering students learn more theory, while Bachelor of technology is more practical. Both courses offer good salary packages. It is up to your ability and creativity.

If you are pursuing BCA then I would suggest you to go for MBA in IT as it will be relevant to your Bachelor's degree. However, it also depends upon individual's interest.

You must take the SAT, so start preparing for the same if you haven't. Take the TOEFL too. Complete your 12th with good grades to get into a good university. Kindly, visit various university websites for admission requirements and prepare to submit on time. All the information is available on the university websites and you can email them for any confusion.

Your CGPA is on the lower side and will be difficult for any MS course, M.Eng is anyway a tough program.You can apply with a good SOP and LORs or perhaps apply after gaining some work experience and research work.

Mumbai IIT is the cream of all IIT'S. You need to be in 95+ percentile in your catagory to get admission here. These days students of all catagories have started doing better.

It's the employer who normally has to give concurrence. But, I don't think any employer will refuse permission. With NOC from employer you can, and my advise is you must, do M.Tech.
