Yes, you do require a domicile, even though you have done all your basic education in Maharashtra. It will take only 10 to 15 days. You can approach an agent, but they will charge around Rs.6000. It is better to do it yourself and everything will get over within Rs.50 to Rs.100.

Hi Niki,
The answer to this question depends solely upon the discretion of the university that you have been enrolled in. Every university has different set of instructions. Some universities arrange re-appear examinations post semester exams, some arranging the same in the alternate semesters (1st semester back papers to be given along with 3rd semester exams, 2nd semester back papers to be given in 4th semester and so on) and some arranging it at the end of the academic year. You should contact your university in accordance to the same.
All the best.

Dear Palash,
As B.Tech in CS engineering comes under top branches. So, for this, you have to work hard & get a good rank. It will be typical to confirm to you how many marks are needed to get admission in a good college. For GGSIPU, you must appear for IPU-CET.
The best college under IPU is USIT. You may consider MAIT, BVP and MSIT after that.
IGDTUW (formerly IGIT) (only for females) was also one of the best institutes under IPU, but now they've upgraded to university level themselves.
