You should take admission in BSc and prepare for next years entrance exam. You need not waste this year.

I sincerely doubt if you will get admission on the basis of XIIth result. You either need to repeat XIIth if you are bent on doing B.Tech or opt for a private intitution which can overlook your marks and give you admission.
