Hi Rahul, I suppose there is no such University till date !!!! ;)
Medical courses are very tough and all the Universities want the applicants to be competitive otherwise there is no meaning in having the power to heal others ailment !!!
Jokes apart.
IELTS is just one of the criteria to judge the proficiency of language. Hence, can not be treated as an entrance exam to enter into a medical University. If you are considering studying for MBBS in Germany then you need to know a few things before hand.

Hi Rahul, to pursue MBBS in Nz, an applicant should have minimum 80% in 12. Pursuing MBBS in Nz is very tough. After every year the student's performance is judged and if it is not upto the mark the students are moved out of MBBS class to other clinical subjects. At times student enrolled for MBBS not performing well can even end up with a BA in Sociology.
The competition is very tough and Nz for MBBS should be opted only if you feel you will be able to keep up.

Hi Rohit, Stirling MBA generally requires 2 yrs work ex with 60% in UG. If you meet these requirements then reputation wise its a good university to opt for. MBA course modules are also good.
If you would like to know the other Universities witht he same requirements then here are some for your reference : Sunderland, Staffordshire, Bournemouth, Anglia Ruskin, De mont Ford univ

Hi Nikhil, the minimum percentage to enter into a University in Australia for a UG course is 65%. With 45% you will have to take the foundation route and this will elongate your course duration by 1 yr and to a total of 5 yrs of Engineering degree.
The expenses of studies i Australia will come to approx 10 -12 lacs per annum including living expenses.
So kindly think over if you would like to spend so much money abroad or study in India.
This is June already so you can anyways not go to Australia in July. You can now try for the Jan/Feb intake. Until then you have good time to think and come to a decision.
