CS i.e. Company Secretary in itself is a career and i do not think there requires to add on any further course until and unless you are not in a requirement for the same.

As you have got a decent state level rank in AIEEE, you can try with DTU and NSIT. The chances are high that you will get seat in NIT Delhi which has established in 2010 as it is comparatively new.
