Hi Raky, MCA nomenclature is not used abroad as a course. You can either go for MSc IT or Computer Science. The course duration in UK is 1 yr for all Masters. Eligibility - minimum 60% from a reputed University in India.

CS i.e. Company Secretary in itself is a career and i do not think there requires to add on any further course until and unless you are not in a requirement for the same.

As you have got a decent state level rank in AIEEE, you can try with DTU and NSIT. The chances are high that you will get seat in NIT Delhi which has established in 2010 as it is comparatively new.

M.phil means master of philosophy which is a postgraduation degree but phd means docterate in philosophy which is a doctorate degree, people who got this degree have more deeper knowledge about subject and they used dr. as prefix with their name. this is a higher education than mphil.
