Normal BBA too has different streams which you can choose for specialisation. You have to decide what you really like studying and then choose the appropriate course. BMS (Bachelors in management studies) is another very good stream.

Yes, you can do it. As CS requires more time and effort doing B.Com or other graduation through distance mode will be helpful for you. If you cleared your CS every one will hire you on the basis of a CS Certificate so it will not affect you so much. The strategies for preparation can differ from individual to individual. Ideally, 3 to 5 months is required. You can take a lot of practice test, which they are available online on IELTS and British Council website.
You should practice answering and finishing within the specified time limit. You can identify your weak areas and work on them.
