Gujarat University admissions for a majority of courses are done on the basis of merit determined through candidates marks scored in the qualifying examination. I cannot predict the cutoff and give any wrong expectation. But I can give you the cutoff for the categories you asked for the last academic year, i.e. 2017-18.
For BA LL.B (outside open/general category), the cutoff was 107.

I am afraid, you cannot opt for B.com honors as Maths is the mandatory subject in order to qualify for the admission. You can although apply for general B.Com.
