Typically, a B.Sc degree is of 3-years, minimum eligibility for which is a (10+2) pass with physics, chemistry & biology as principal subjects of study.
Subjects usually studied under this degree are Cardiac Care Technology, Respiratory Care Technology, Dialysis Technology, Imaging Sciences Technology, Clinical Medical Lab. Technology, etc.
The course introduces students to the emerging technologies and their applications. They spend a part of time in the hospitals for gaining 'hands on' experience on those technologies.

Different universities have different requirements, not possible to list out every university and college requirements. Generally, top universities require 75% whereas 55% can be the minimum for any tier 2-3 college.

Well, management quota admissions are available. You can filter the college list and then enquire if they are taking admission through management quota.
I would suggest you to write few entrance exams though.
