As far as academic reputation is concerned, both are institutes which hold credibility in the legal fraternity, and as is for all things, these two have their own pros and cons. I do not stress on this because it is like the quintessential Mumbai-Delhi which is a better debate.
As for practical factors, like the residence for the duration of course and cost of living, Pune is comparatively more student pocket-friendly compared to Mumbai which is one of the most expensive cities in India.
Apart from this, whether GLC or ILS, it will be how you choose priorities while in law college.

Hi, You can take up medicine and prepare for entrance exams accordingly. Alternately, you can take up basic sciences in B.Sc. With combinations of botany, zoology, chemistry, physics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, even computer Science. BCA and BBM are also other options open.

Most top B-Schools abroad don't admit candidates without work experience. Also, it is important to note that an MBA from. India and US are very different in pedagogy. so, do keep that in mind. Ideally one should have a work experience of 4-5 years in order to get accepted by a good school abroad.

Based on your interest and skill sets, decide which course under Diploma you want to do. Diploma can be pursued in engineering or in any of the designing courses like fashion, interior, textile etc. Or perhaps hotel, hospitality and travel and tourism industry. If you are an engineering graduate then you can not enter into IITs without GATE Examination. You can enter IITs as a sponsored candidate without any entrance exams if your org has a tie up with IITs. For example DRDO, Defence services sponsor candidates for M.Tech at IITs without GATE.
