Hi,
Yes, you can opt for graduating from deemed university.
It does not make much of a difference, since most of the times when you look for a job, it's the professional course which you have pursued and not the graduation score.

You can search for Job and enroll in AMIE. AMIE is a B.tech level examination conducted by the Institution of Engineers (India).AMIE is recognized as equal to B.Tech in both Government and private sectors.This is approved for higher education (M.Tech, MBA etc). AMIE consist of two sections :- section A and section B. For polytechnic students section A consists of 4 subjects and section B consists of 9+lab. I hope that will help you. You can pursue B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic)from IGNOU under there Jammu regional center.
Some other college/university which you can look into offering this course are:
Acharya Shri Chander Institute of Nursing Education, Jammu
Sher-I-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Srinagar
University Of Jammu, Jammu
It would be advisable that you get in touch with them directly for information regarding distance/corresponding course in B.Sc in nursing.

JEE Advanced first released the copies for candidates response. Then released the provisional answer keys for feedback and comments from candidates. Finally declared the final answer key and result. So there is no provision of revised result in JEE Advanced. However candidates responses will be considered if any before final declaration of result.
