For getting admission in Diploma, CGPA doesn't matter more the thing which makes matter is your results in the entrance exam conducted by central and state board then you get admission if you scored better. If not then you can go for Polytechnic in a private college.

Stick to basics, don't by heart everything and try to get as much practical knowledge you can. If your concepts are clear and sound that will help you in engineering as well as in government exams. In India percentage is important but don't panic practicing previous question papers will gain you percentage. You must gain knowledge and concepts that is very important.

No, you cannot do architecture if you are from commerce stream. From 2018 onward, only science (PCM or PCMB) students who have scored atleast 50% in class 12th with mathematics as compulsory subject will be considered eligible to appear in architecture entrance exams.
Before 2018, commerce with maths students who did secure atleast 50% in class 12th were eligible to appear in architecture entrance exams.

Eligibilty criteria for seeking admission in MS in CS in foreign universities is 10+2+4 years education. BCA grads are not eligible for seeking admission in MS CS. Such grads have to do MCA or One year PG Diploma to become eligible for seeking admission in MS CS abroad.
