Start reading a newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do a proper analysis of articles on the editorial page. Civil engineering is totally different from agricultural engineering. You cannot compare the above two.
You can go for agricultural engineering if you are interested.

I am currently studying in BKSBM. I don't know about MSU but according to 2017 data of BKSBM we had highest local placement 6.5 lakh, average 4.98 lakh and highest international package is 16.8 lakh and I can say that majority of CMAT candidates' 1st preference remains BK and 2nd remains MSU.

First, you should complete your B.Com at the place of BBA. With your B.Com, you can prepare for these exams like-
MAT (Management Aptitude Test)
CAT (Common Admission Test)
CMAT (Common Management Admission Test)
XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test)
GMAT (Graduate Management Aptitude Test Abroad)
SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test)
If you will be selected by these exams you can get good Govt. college with good scope.
