As per the limited knowledge I have about studying abroad, if you are planning to study masters in a country outside or otherwise, you require a minimum of a graduation degree from a recognized University and also need to qualify the admission procedure required.

You can do MBBS from Otago University in NZ. Both, entry into the course and its completion is really tough. You will have to consistently meet the high standards set by the university. For details of the fees etc, please visit the website of Otago University http://www.otago.ac.nz/.
You will pay the fees annually. However, at the time of lodgment of your visa application, you will have to show how you plan to cover your expenses in NZ for the duration of the course (6 years). E.g thru salary of your parents, bank loan etc.
