You can do MBBS from Otago University in NZ. Both, entry into the course and its completion is really tough. You will have to consistently meet the high standards set by the university. For details of the fees etc, please visit the website of Otago University http://www.otago.ac.nz/.
You will pay the fees annually. However, at the time of lodgment of your visa application, you will have to show how you plan to cover your expenses in NZ for the duration of the course (6 years). E.g thru salary of your parents, bank loan etc.
Currently the NZ Immigration Service requires you to show evidence of NZ$15000/- per year as your living expenses.
Accommodation- The International Office of Otago University provides a guarantee of accommodation placement services to all international students who receive an academic offer. Alternatively, you can choose to live in a homestay or go flatting with friends.
