ACCA is Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a global body for professional Accountants and definitely the difficulty level can only be compared depending on the student's caliber and not otherwise.
You can definitely look for a career in Accountancy and if it is ACCA, so be it. However, In India ACCA seems a rare career option however it is fast picking the scope.

There are many good and top ranked universities in USA which offers MS in Electronics/ electrical/communication Engineering.
For your reference please find below some universities in US offering course of your interest:University of Arizona.University of Pennsylvania.Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The general eligibility criteria for MS course in US universities are:
GRE and TOEFL.
GRE, is test which need to be taken by all the students who wish to study engineering or technological related courses in US, universities. GRE is of 1600 marks, generally all the good universities in USA, requires 1200-1400 plus score in GRE.
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language), is a test which need to taken by all the students, whose first or native language is not English, its of 120 marks, generally all the good universities in USA, requires 80-90 plus score in TOEFL.
Apart from the tests mentioned above, the student needs to have good academic background throughout, preferably 60% in graduation.

Saurabh.Anyone with four years experience in a IT MNC will probably be aiming for a top business school abroad. All reputed business schools in US, Canada and Europe expect MBA applicants to have a good GMAT score of over 600. If you are not confident of getting a good score in GMAT and for that reason, you don't want to take GMAT, then my advice will be to concentrate of all the sections in GMAT that you think you are weak. It is possible to get a good score though training for GMAT can be a morale shattering experience. If you are determined not to take GMAT, then you can consider Cardiff University, Aberdeen, Greenwich universities to name a few in UK. These universities don't expect GMAT scores from MBA applicants. You can also try for the University of Geneva MBA in Switzerland (medium of instruction is English). American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.
