There is a provision in some universities where a student is allowed to change his/her college in 2nd year under the same university,if he/she performs really well.changing a university is not possible.if you want to change the university,you will have to start the course from beginning

The minimum educational qualifications for admission to IIT Roorkee for MCA is:
